(1) A person who wishes to obtain a copy of a document attached to a court case or his legal practitioner shall submit an application in the following format as per Schedule-4 along with the description and date of the document he/she wishes to obtain a copy of.
(2) "According to sub-rule (1), if a copy of the document in the missile is to be obtained separately, a separate application shall be made.
